This sure has been an interesting week. Both kids and myself came down with the stomach flu. No need to go into details, but it has been a very gross week and lots of clean up. I think we all are on the mend which is great.

We've been trying to get Ashton to sleep in his big boy bed for awhile now. We had his bed and his crib in there and of course he wanted his crib. Yesterday we finally took the crib out and Ashton had to adjust. I think the hardest part for him is that he can get out of bed and out of his room. Yes, on the same night that we put him in his bed and closed the door he figured out how to open the door and turn on lights. After awhile he finally fell asleep and same with today for naps. Here is a picture I snuck of him napping today.

Amber gave Peyton this super cute outfit and I love it.

I can't believe she is almost 11 months. She is growing up so quickly and is looking like a little girl more and more. Where did my baby go?

Another uncooperative family photo

Hard to see, but I got to see my first double rainbow. It is true that the 2nd rainbows colors are reversed.

About a week or 2 ago we got a lot of hail.

It looked liked it snowed

Some people might think this is mean but I put one of those child proof door knob things on the inside of Caden's room... that way I could get in to check on him but he couldn't get out. It was a quick way to train him to use his bed. It worked for me. :)
